MildSusFruit

The School of Agriculture, Policy and Development of the University of Reading (UoR) is a partner in the SUSFOOD2-CORE Organic project MildSusFruit, led by the University of Bologna, (Italy). The implementation of the MildSusFruit project started on 1 November 2020 and ended on 31 May 2024. The total value of the project is EUR 841,000. The project aims to improve the competitiveness of the organic sector, increasing the level of quality, sustainability and consumer confidence of organic fruit (apple, citrus and berries) products and valorising by-products and side streams.
